Description
Everest Chhole Masala is a tasty dish of chickpeas in the tart but spicy gravy of tomatoes and onions. It is customarily accompanied by ‘bhatura’, flatbread prepared from the yogurt-based dough. Serve with chili or lemon pickle, garnished with slices of lemon and onion.
List of Ingredients: Coriander, Dried Mango, Chilli, Cumin, Cassia Leaf, Mint Leaf, Pomegranate Seed, Mustard, Cassia Bark(TAJ), Clove, Black Pepper, Fennel, Dried Ginger, Iodised Salt, Black Salt, Nutmeg, Mace, Caraway, Black Cardamom, Turmeric, Bishop’s Weed, Compounded Asafoetida, Tamarind and Citric Acid.
